An adviser to C-suite executives and thought leaders, Vipul Dayal is a passionate Go-Giver who, with decades of success under his belt, has dedicated his life to helping hoteliers and entrepreneurs enjoy their grandest visions in life and business.

Vipul Dayal serves as President/CEO of VNR Management, Inc., a hospitality and real estate development and management company that currently operates family-owned hotel businesses and rental real estate assets, turning them into some of the most profitable ones to date.

In 2015, Vipul Dayal was elected as the Director at Large of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), an organization that represents the voice of owners in the hospitality industry.

He is also a Board Member of the California Hotel & Lodging Association Board of Directors (CHLA) and was elected in January 2017. Vipul Dayal is also a sought-after motivational speaker for his top-tier expert hospitality & entrepreneurial success.​

Vipul attended the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and graduated from the University of North Texas, where he received his BA in Biology. He is also the Executive Director for the Charity For Hope, a nonprofit dedicated to empowerment for the disadvantaged.

Recently Vipul and his wife, Reena have had the honor of partnering with Primrose Schools to advance their mission of delivering the best and most trusted early education and care for children and families across America.

Vipul Dayal is blessed to be married to his beautiful wife, Reena of nearly 18 years. Their lives have been enriched by their 3 kids: Nyah, Kayden and Navya. He considers himself a family man first and a hotelier second. He is also a certified CPK regular and a vegetarian.

In his spare time, he loves playing volleyball and golf and bonding with his big family. He has two amazing sisters, an awesome younger brother, and extremely adorable nieces and nephews.
